Homemade Lemonade (Σπιτική Λεμονάδα)

1. 1 Step 1 Make the Lemon Syrup Description: Put the 1 litre of lemon juice and 1 kg of sugar into a mixer. Beat well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. 2 Step 2 Prepare the Glass Description: Pour 80 ml of the prepared lemon syrup into a glass and add ice cubes.
3. 3 Step 3 Top up and Garnish Description: Top up the glass with soda water and garnish with 2 fresh mint leaves (δυόσμος). Stir gently and serve.
